I don't have one, but I've read of many people using them on homebrewtalk. They definitely provide a good alternative if you are looking for a plate chiller, and they have something to fit your budget and goal for chilling. If I were in the market for a plate chiller, they are who I would most likely purchase from.ETA - I should add though, that you should get the largest chiller that is practical for you and within your budget. The only complaints I remember hearing about are from those that bought one too small.

I have one, sold by Keg Cowboy. https://www.kegcowbo...&product_id=201 I have the 30-plate model. It needs pre-chilled cooling water where I live, as the tap water is just too warm in summer to chill the wort prorperly. Works well, as long as you keep the crud from building up in the corners. Just clean it thoroughly after use. Same probably goes for all plate chillers. I'd buy one if I was in the market. I had a 40 plate one from them. It worked fine but I ended up selling it and going with a cfc, that just worked better for my system. Their product was solid though.

Just make sure you do a thorough caustic cleaning about every 10th batch and get the crud out. Also, I have found that baking the plate chiller after it's clean will keep mold and mildew from growing in it while not in use.Cheers,Rich

I have one of their 20-plate chillers and I'm very happy with it.They also have options of which connectors to use.
