I threw in a pack of 3278 Belgian Lambic Blend into my La Folie Clone (BYO, I can look up the issue after work) after transferring it to the bucket I sacrificed to the bugs. This bucket's a real winner: mostly translucent, thin walls, lots of scratches, and the lid doesnt make an airtight seal. If that bucket doesnt let enough oxygen in, nothing will. The part that bugs me a bit is the translucentness (translucentivity?) of it. I have the option of putting it in the laundry room that gets indirect sunlight all day but is warm (~70), or the basement with little light but is much cooler (~55-60). What's the best temp range for getting the best out of this yeast blend? I'm thinking of covering it up and keeping it in the laundry room, just looking for some validation from the smart people.

I would definitely make sure it's covered. Don't want that sunlight hitting it!
