swmbo and sil are on their way back from nebraska, so i requested they go to upstream in omaha, she got me a bottle of their grand cru and tripel, she said both were brewed in july 07 and bottled in august 08, can't wait until thursday. this is going to be so good

I have the same Grand and an Oak Aged Ebenezer from the Aug07/Sep08 vintage.Not sure when I want to pop these children?

I am going to be like a kid in the candy store, will plan a real good dinner like we do with wine, and savor the moment.I have the same Grand and an Oak Aged Ebenezer from the Aug07/Sep08 vintage.Not sure when I want to pop these children?
