I just whipped together an easy and very yummy use of garden tomatoes that everybody went crazy for, here's the recipe off the top of my head.....1 package of spaghetti boiled and drained2 medium tomatoes diced, or 15 or so cherry tomatoes cut in fourths.Take the diced/cut tomatoes add 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tbl red wine vinegar, 4 tbl ext vir olive oil, 4 tbl diced onion, place in tupperware bowl shake up and stick in refrigerator. I think adding some bacon or sunflower seeds might rock as well.Take spaghetti, add 1/2 stick of I can't believe it is not butter, add shake parmesan cheese liberally, probably 6 to 8 tsp. MIx.Take your tomatoe mixture, throw it on top of spagetti mixture, flop it around and serve!!!Yumm!!!!!!!
