Some like the CBC ones usually have multiple choices for each course.I have always wanted to do beer dinners but I am so pickey that I would not eat half of what they server. I guess I can just drink the beer

Interesting thread.....as a newbie here I have read about some fantastic looking "group brew" projects.....has anybody ever thought about a "group pairings" menu???Interesting pairings. I am not sure I would have done some of them. I will patiently await your full report.

Yeah, there are some logistical hurdles to overcome, but we have actually done something like this with wine tasting flights.....shipped wine and recipes For the food to four different host homes (friends in Boston, Indy, Chicago, and my place in WI), and set up a GoToMeeting with a presentation to walk through the wine style, history, and tasting notes and discussion of each flight.Admittedly this was more than a bit over the top, but it was a lot of fun and very educational.Interesting idea. I guess the only limit there is getting everyone to have the same beer with the same food. If it is commercial, there is a relatively limited number of beers that are available to everyone. I guess you could do a style of beer. And then there is the food. Heck hundreds of pages of threads have been burned through in the ph just on how chili should be made. Hahah

Hahaha epic thread. Not diaper in the fermenter thread good, but up there. It had to do with getting pulled over and thinking that, if you felt the cop no longer had reason to keep you, you could just ask (more like tell) "are we done?" and leave. Like most of my jokes, it loses a lot in me retelling it, but the thread was amusing at times. Of course like a lot of ph threads, there was a lot ofThe "are we done" goes back to the PH and basser.
