Is it a "plain" mead or does it have fruit, spices, etc? I have this crazy idea of a Bourbon Barrel Raspberry Mead. Crazy because it would be a project for me and maybe 2 other guys.

it is straight mead. we figured for our first bourbon barrel mead, also our second bourbon barrel project, we'd let people flavour their mead with extract after the fact if they felt the desire. btw this mead clocked our at 15%Posted Imagethis looks a lot cloudier than it was due to condensation on the beaker. we had been keeping the mead chilled in the fermenter at about 60°
