sauce:1 stick butter1 wallop (~1/4 cup or even more) minced/crushed/sliced garlic, it'll get blended later so it doesn't matter.Melt the butter in a saucepan with the garlic, continue the heat to sautee/sweat the garlic until you see a little color on it.Add 3/4-1.5 cup Franks redhot sauce. (1c =medium spicy, 1.5c =more spicy). turn off the heat. Add 2tsp old bay seasoning.Transfer to a blender and whip it good to puree the garlic and emulsify the butter now floating on the hot sauce, a stick blender is ideal if you have one as everything can stay in the saucepan. The sauce should be good and warm still, put it back on the heat if you would like.wings:Sprinkle raw wing bits with some old bay and toss to get nice festive looking coverage. Do the shake and bake thing with the wings and plain white flour and fry until they float and are GBD. Dunk them in the sauce and consume. I find that the flour gives them the perfect thin crust for sauce to stick to, like BW3 wings. If you don't want to fry them you can go without the flour and just bake them in the oven on a cookie sheet at I'd say probably 350-375 until tender. Then dunk in sauce.
