Someone near here is selling a Barley Crusher for $70. Now, it's not what I would have chosen to buy, I was thinking of a 2 or 3 roller Crank'N'Stein, but at $70 it's going to be half or less the cost of a mill shipped to Canada. So, should I go ahead and just buy the Barley Crusher, or get what I really want? The BC has the standard hopper.

The Barley Crusher is already a great mill for a great price, even if you pay full price (which I recently did). For $70 you can't go wrong. If you decide that you don't like it, you will have no problems unloading for more than you paid for it.

two things, one the barley crusher is awesome. two for 70 bucks, there is no question what the answer should be. It's easy to increase the size of the hopper, hell you'd have to do it anyway with the crank n stein. My vote is for the BC. I love mine!C

+1 on all the previous comments. I paid full price for my BC and I would not trade it for anything. If you can get it for $70 I would not hesitate to do that at all.

The only thing that could beat the $70 Barley Crusher deal would have been the addition of a sans pants option as you included with the Corona mill
