My Second year NB is going great, Cascade is doing fine too. Should get some production from it this fall. I have two spiders ( green and mean looking) should i let them stay or kick them out? so far i dont see them eating any leaves, webs not too big. Just capturing an occasional fly. Also , did see two ladybugs (which i know are good) going to leave them alone. I found one beetle today flicked him off, and Two green worms so far this year that i terminated for eating the leaves. So what about the spiders and such? thanks for any input on the subject.

Leave the spiders, they will help out. They may look scary, but they help to take care of many insect pests.

I agree. Keep 'em.

Green spiders are ok. Brown ones and black ones, maybe...maybe not. Apologies in advance for playing the race card.

To me, I don't much care what color they are. If they're big, I'll keep an eye on them during "maintenance" what have you. Even though they're not all poisonous, they can still irritate the skin if they bite ya, maybe even hurt like a bee.
