Mince the following:1/4 cup pickles (or use relish)2Tbsp onion (I used 1tsp of onion powder as I was lazy)1Tbsp parsley2tsp capersPinch of pepperMix with 3/4 cup of mayo and let sit for 1+ hour in the fridge.
