it goes great with grilled pork chops, chicken or fish.1 mango, diced1 small sweet onion, diced2 roma tomatoes, diced2 serranos, finely diced1/4 cup of fresh cilantroone can of black beans, drained and rinsed3 tablespoons of lime juice, to taste1/2 teaspoon salt, to tastemix all ingredients in bowl, then refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
