What brewing applications are people using these for? I could see keeping a swamp cooler warm for a kettle sour, but what else. Can this circulate a mash to maintain temps? I wouldn't think so.

What's with the bluetooth? I must be getting old because Im having a hard time envisioning a usefulness for bluetooth on a device like this.

I assume BT is so you can monitor from another room. The one I got doesn't have that, just set the temp and timer.

Well, my lack of fast action has made 2 of them no longer in stock. Looks like now I would be getting Loral, Equinox and Warrior. I figure the warrior would be a good high alpha 30 minute addition.
