Glad you posted this Pants. I judged the Sasquatch and helped get the prizes together. There were some really nice beers, congrats! Hope you enjoy that BOS prize!What's the story with the cinnamon in the mash?

I'm really looking forward to the Hop Union trip, that's going to be a lot of fun.Supposedly, the pinch of cinnamon in the mash helps avoid hot side aeration. I don't have hard evidence that it works or that HSA is even an issue in my brewing, but it can't hurt anything either.
