Weird. So a batch I brewed 2 weeks ago I went to pull out of the fermentation chamber and it still appeared to be at high krausen. I heard that this yeast likes to stay in solution. I didn't pull a sample, may do that tomorrow. Anyone else had experience with this yeast being a slow fermentor?Cheers,Rich

It is one of my favorite yeasts. I do not remember it behaving any different from most other ale yeasts.I would measure the OG. What temp did you use and how consistent are your temps?

That yeast is a big top cropper. This doesn't sound unusual at all.

OG was 1.055. There is 1 pound a white wheat malt.

Normal. You need lots of headroom with the strain. Fermcap helps. I prefer to swirl.
