Hey, I'm getting several requests for the final version of this...here it is:Mad Elf Clone (5 gal batch)10 lbs Light DME1.5 lbs Belgian Munich (steep)0.25 lbs Belgian Chocolate (steep)0.25 lbs Crystal 20 (steep)1 oz Hallertauer (75 mins)0.5 oz Saaz (10 mins)2 lbs Honey (flameout)2 cans Sweet Cherries (secondary)...I used the regular size cans, not the big ones2 cans Sour Cherries (secondary)...the key is a 50/50 mix of sweet and sour, this comes from the Troeg's brothersWhite Labs WLP5000.5 tsp Vanilla Extract (bottling or whenever)I also have in my notes to cut down on the Belgian Chocolate a little, there's not much to begin with so maybe just a handful of that malt.
