Corny question

So, the rubber part (bottom) of one of my kegs is detaching. Otherwise it's in great shape.Anyone ever have this happen? How can I fix it?Thanks!

Let me add that when you put the glue on, do it when you have a full corny. Then the weight of it will help set the glue so you don't have to use clamps
