pretty decent prices I think. I may have paid just a little less building mine from parts but I had a to do a lot of shopping around to find good deals and this is all together and ready to go. but either way - SS everything for sure!edit: thinking about it - that's probably pretty close to what I paid. I can't tell if those have SS shanks or not though - def something I'd want as well.i like your idea of a tap in the kitchen. my kegerator sits in the garage, just on hte other side of a wall in my kitchen. this wall in the kitchen has a perfect spot to mount some taps. i'd love to put a shank through the wall, but im having a hard time getting the wife to sign off. if i get her approval, my next step is to figure out some way to keep the lines cool.but, my whole point...i REALLY like your idea of taps in teh kitchen.as far as vendors...1 faucet ss draft tower2 faucet ss draft tower3 faucet ss draft towerall of those come with perlicks (not sure about the 1 faucet tower, but the other 2 do). if you want more than 3 faucets, they have column towers as well. beveragefactory is a pretty good source, though.

mine is all stainless...i have the 2 tap tower. piecing it out (about a year ago) i could get it a few dollars cheaper, but by the time i factored in shipping from various stores, this was the cheapest way to go. it's hard to beat their prices.pretty decent prices I think. yeah - I probably would have gone that route if I had seen this deal. good to know the shanks are SS as well - sometimes those get overlooked.mine is all stainless...i have the 2 tap tower. piecing it out (about a year ago) i could get it a few dollars cheaper, but by the time i factored in shipping from various stores, this was the cheapest way to go. it's hard to beat their prices.

I'd still want some kind of insulation in there as well - otherwise your SS tower is just going to bleed heat into your kegerator.this is exactly the vendor I was looking at. They have a temperature control unit for about $55 as well. Should do me just fine.I was thinking about the above post....if that thing is hollow, I could get some tubing and run it up through the tower and back into the freezer. If I could find a way to force air through that it should keep the top cool as well too.Unless you guys have any other bright ideas.

it is hollow, and it has a thin layer of insulation on the inside.this is exactly the vendor I was looking at. They have a temperature control unit for about $55 as well.
