Easy Crock Pot Mexican Chicken Stew

3 frozen boneless/skinless chicken breasts1 can green enchilada sauce 1/2 can black beans1/2 cup salsared pepper flakes to taste salt and pepperput all ingredients in a crock pot on low before work...(8 Hours)When you come home shred chicken with 2 forks. Serve in bowls with cheese, crumbled tortilla chips, and sour cream on top.
