Mom's Home-made Dinner rolls

1 packet of yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm waterAdd 1 1/2 cups cool milk and 1 cup boiling water to mixerAdd 5 tablespoons sugar, 5 tablespoons Crisco, 3 teaspoons saltAdd 5 cups of all-purpose flourMix to make a very soft doughPitch yeastMix until dough comes together and gets stickyAdd up to two more cups flour as needed (I only needed one) to reduce stickinessWhen dough gets stiff, butter or Crisco a bowl, put dough in bowl, lightly butter top of dough and cover with wax paper and refrigerate overnightDough will approximately double in sizeFor rolls butter two cup cake tinsRoll dough in small balls and put three to each cupcake space, (flour hands to help reduce stickiness)Let rise in warm location for three hours or so, they will rise againMelt butter and brush the tops of the rollsBake at 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. I hit broil at the very end to put a browner color on topPURE AWESOMENESS, good luck and enjoy :frank:
