Not doing SNA on the cyser, but should I degass? And for that matter, should I be degassing the ciders as well?

What do you mean to degass? How old is your cyser? If you properly age it, all gas will eventually come out of solution. For cider, are you wanting a still cider? If so, you should still be aging it long enough to outgas naturally.

I would normally de-gas mead when adding the SNA over the first week. Cyser and cider was pitched Saturday night. I have 6 gal FBC going and 35 gal cider.

Thanks. Been making ciders for a number of years, just never occured to me to de-gas the cider & cyser.
