cider - how much aeration?

Cider does not need aeration other than pouring the jugs of cider into your fermenter. The reason we need to aerate beer wort so much is that all the dissolved oxygen is lost after it boils for an hour. With cider, you're not boiling it so all the dissolved oxygen it needs is still there. This is yet another reason why making cider is so gosh darn easy -- dump it into a fermenter, add sulfite if you want (optional), add yeast if you want (optional), and let 'er roll.
