Without a doubt, i made a couple of nice red(amber ales)but by far PATERSBIER was my best brew. What was your best brew? wheat beer? Rye Beer?

An Irish Red I made earlier this year was fantastic. Gonna brew it again soon. A close second would be Rye IPA, and then the hefeweizen I made (first one) was delicious. There's a lot of year left so I hope I can eclipse those. Cheers,Rich

tough to say. the oktoberfest was really nice this year. then again so was the brown porter. the year is still young though and I've got some good stuff in the fermentors and a batch of denny's rye IPA will be coming up soon.

Belgian Porter.... I make a Porter with my standard scottish ale yeast and had some left over wort and a trappist yeast that needed a starter. The started smelled and tasted so good I brewed a 5 gallon batch and loved it.

A biere de garde. Hands down the most authentic example I've made. Only downside is that it used a limited edition yeast so I'll have to wait until Wyeast reissues.

I did bottle condition, but drank it up. Just saw that NBrewer has something similar in limited release from Wyeast, so I may be back in business.

Stone Levitation "clone" that really isn't much of a clone. Many substitutions because of stuff I had on hand but it turned out good. just rebrewed it more to the original recipe hopefully this isn't a mistake..

I dunno, didn't really have any stinkers so far this year. I did have a few batches of Steam that I was pretty pleased with. Just outside of guidelines with respect to gravity and IBUs. I don't enter many comps, but did this year. They scored pretty well too. Hard to really pick any favorites though.

I have had a good year as for quality, my best was possibly a Northern German Alt or one of my session IPA's. My current Galaxy bitter is actually very nice as well.

Probably a BGS that was in a oak barrel for 9 months. Super tasty. It lit up the faces of some Boulevard brewers I know. Other than that, I dig my IpA's.

A nearly perfect little beer, if you ask me. I also really enjoyed a Pilsner I made last Spring.

I did a dry hopped belgian pale with brett that is pretty awesome. I have probably a few pours left in the keg. It may kick tonight.....
