I guess guiness has 5.7 carbs. Not bad for something with taste. I'd stick with that personally. The other options is hard alcohol with diet soda.So..Being on this low card kick..I have lost some. Keeping it up..But man..Do I miss teh beer. I had one..yes..just one...Guinness when I went to DC a few weeks ago.Looking for low carb beer..I find a list...:Michelob Ultra - 2.6 carbs...Tried it. Tasted like dirty piss water.Miller Lite - 3.2 carbs...Cant even go thereRock Green Lite - 2.6 carbs...Never heard of it...any thought on this one?Coors Light - 5 carbs...I think I just barffed a little in my mouthCorona Light – 5 carbs....Can do..but a lot more carbs.Aspen Edge – 2.6 carbs...Never heard of.Amstel Light – 5 carbs....Not a fan..and a lot more carbs..Man..This sucks. I have had a total of 2 beers in a month.

Try the ultra amber. It is still a lite beer and watery but it has some carmel flavors. It is not attempting to be a water down American standard.So..Being on this low card kick..I have lost some. could be wrong on that - trying to verfiy info...I have been doing vodka with diet tonic and a splash of lime juice. Pretty good actually. I was doing regular tonic until i found out it has a lot of carbs.5.7 is not bad. I thought Guinness was at about 9 or 10

I would assume that guiness draught is pretty low. It is actually a pretty thin beer. You are getting the flavors from the roast and bitterness you also get mouthfeel from the carb processI have been doing vodka with diet tonic and a splash of lime juice. Pretty good actually.
