Fellow Mazers,Just a note on Sat I took my BJCP mead endorsement exam.2 hours of writing. I generated 10 pages worth of "answers."And a 45 minute tasting & eval session on three meads. When I got home I had to look up the characteristics of three honeys I supposedly answered on the test...One (blackberry blossom) was kinda correct, the other two were not even close. :frank:Sure glad this is a 60% grade to pass, I might make it.I'll find out in 3-4 months.

I hear you,we formed a study group in Jan.I only really had time to actually start studying the last 40 days or so.Work and other commitments just piled up.I swore off going to Max's for three months so I could have Tuesday evenings to get caught up.
