Ok so I am planning to have 7 beers to drink for this wedding and when I went to the LHBS they didn't have any picnic taps. I currently have three which I plan to use as well. I might ask members of my homebrew club if any have any spare picnics to borrow but I thought of another idea. To connect a chrome beer faucet to the black liquid disconnect is the piece that joins the two anything you could get at Lowes or Home Depot? I figure I could disconnect my 4 taps and connect them to the disconnects but just not sure of the connector piece. Anyone have these or have a suggestion. Much appreciated of course. MikeHere is what I am talking about:FaucetFull Faucet

You can get the connector pieces, not at a hardware store though. It's a specialized fitting. I have a few of them. You should be able to get them at an online brew store.

It seems like with without a length of tubing for pressure drop, you might draw a glass full of foam, unless you dialed the serving pressure down to about 2 psi. In that case you would need very short lengths of hose for the picnic taps, if you are pushing from the same regulator for all kegs.

That's what I do, I serve at 2-3 PSI with those tap disconnects.

Yes I just found the connector pieces at kegworks.com. They are 11.95 a piece and I would need 4 of them too. My LHBS sells picnics for $7.00 I guess I will just go with those or borrow some if I can as well. Thanks

I have served from picnics and done the low pressure. Heck I got all the air lines taken for carbing up these beers that I am drinking my only other two kegs from picnic taps. I have used those and am comfortable with them too so I think that is the way I will go. I just thought the faucet idea was cool and thought it could be cheaper but its not.
