So I have a hodge podge of grains available and was wondering if you guys would want to help with a recipe. I don't care what style I end up with. I have a ton of Galena hops and no yeast. I am willing to buy different hops and whatever yeast would fit the style. 10 pounds of Munich, 20 pounds of Victory, 5 pounds Caramel, 5 pounds Crystal 20 and 5 pounds aromatic. I know this doesn't leave many options I just don't know what to do with it. Thanks guys!

Wow, and I thought I liked Victory malt! With all that Munich malt, my first thought would be an Alt. Denny has a great one here: https://www.tastybre...m/brews/view/18 Seems like you'd just need to buy some hops, yeast, and just a touch of chocolate malt.
