So my buddy wants to do a SNPA clone. I think I have the grain bill set, but not sure about the hop schedule. This is always where I stumble in recipes. Here is what I was thinking for 5 gallons:Grain bill:7.50 lbs. Pale Malt -- American 2-row1.50 lbs. Crystal 40L America Hop Schedule:0.50 oz Magnum [14.00 %] (60 min)0.50 oz Pearle [8.00 %] (30 min)0.80 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (10 min)2.00 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (0 min)1.00 oz Cascade - Dry hop in secondary.Do you think this would get me close, I am schetchy about the 2oz at flameout.

I would think you need more grain to get to the gravity numbers for SNPA. Their OG is 1.053. My 5 gallon recipe is:10.1 lbs. 2-Row.88 lbs. Crystal 60LThe hops schedule looks good but I don't think SN makes a mention of dry-hopping this beer? BrewBasser? Can you answer this?I'm brewing up this SNPA tomorrow...(Grain Bill above).5 oz. Northern Brewer - 60 mins. .5 oz. Northern Brewer - 30 mins.1 oz. Cascade - 10 mins.2 oz. Cascade - F/O
