Anyone have a blueberry mel recipeI'm making one for my wife and I's Wedding anniversary to be bottledand drank in a year.

Much like miracles, meads should never be rushed or you end up with the same rotten results. I'd also toss in the idea of a blueberry braggot. We did a group brew of High Test's blueberry braggot a while ago and I have to say it's one of the few places I like blueberries in beer/wine/mead.

Thanks I'll try the braggot. My plan is to make 7 gallons to the recipe and let it age for a year and bottle it drinking a bottle or two every anniverary.
