I made this beer a few years ago and it was just a shot in the dark. I almost didn't make it because it was the 3rd or 4th use of the yeast. But I decided to make it anyway and it came out very nice. The first time I made it, it was ready and on tap right around the 1st of September and it was a perfect late-summer beer for hanging out in the backyard.
