Turns out what I ordered isn't what I really wanted anyway so I don't want them to replace it. I should have e-mailed them so that they could credit me for it but I didn't.did you e-mail them about it to see if they would send you a replacement?

Well in that case you should take half that strike away, there good dudes and I bet they would fix there mistake. I have no doubt they'd fix it but this tubing is completely fubared. I have no idea why they would put it in a box and ship it to me. I don't plan to stop using them or anything, for the moment anyway.
