A SNPA'esq Tribute. I want to make use off my excess cascade and decided to do staggered hop additions to get a more cascade flavor in it.

plan on brewing it soon., let me know what I can change to make it better. BrewBasser chime in?

Thought about adding some Cara-Pils or Dextrine malt to add body to the beer....maybe a half pound of it? Or some wheat malt?

I usually leave my 0 hops all the way until i drain my kettle (in bags of course) I use whole flowers. The whole point of these zero additions is to release the aromatics with out the bittering. other wise it looks pretty good. Since you are doing LME I would add most of it near the end of the boil (to reduce caramelization and to hit your SRM) Your also looking at 7lbs of DME

Thats not LME, thats light DME for a 5 gallon batch. 5 lbs got me to an OG of 1.050 on my first beer with steeping with the same specialty grains so that shouldn't require too much more to get to 1.053. I am buying 6 lbs just in case.
