I have 12/31 off, after a couple of year end must do's, one last batch gets going. I have a few ideas but want some more. This yeast can ferment about anything that you don't rely on esters, etc throwing from the yeast. Throw them out there.............

Yeah, was thinking of a blonde with a little polenta/grits - kinda of a bogus CAP without the 6-row. But who knows what will sound good in a day or two.
