So I thought I'd start brewing, chilly and bored today. Just cleaning the kitchen table I broke a glass chimney on an oil lamp, and dropped a couple more items. When I almost dropped my camera (yeah, the kitchen table is a junk magnet) I decided someone was trying to tell me something.Maybe after a couple of pints, when I'm a bit more steady (no, i don't have the shakes), I might reconsider. 3 new bags from the malt group are calling to me in the basement. AND we're outta stout.

Don't tempt fate, the beer gods are fickle, just make plans for later, and tip back a few pints for now.

yeah, too bad there's nothing on HBO. I don't do sports.can't wait until the weather warms, rainy today and 50's.I really like to brew wearing nothing but boxers and birks. Really ticks off the neighbors!

I guess the beer gods were good to me. After a long night of drinking at a beer fest, I expectedto wake up with a hangover. Nope, nada.Great. Time to make beer. Knocked off 2 different 5 gallon brews. Sweet.

Yes, no pics.Sometimes you just have a clumsy day, and you should spend it doing something that won't cause you do so something like drop a refractometer into a kettle.

Boo Boo. I know how you feel. I did that a few years back. Went out with a buddy to a party drank a lot, wife was away got up early next morning banged out two brews. Oh extract days long ago.

Mine were AG. Beat to a snot by 5, but it was still fun.Did an APA for myself and a wort future ( Hobgoblin clone ) was looked after for a friend.

Damn, I was drinking 'til 4am, woke up at 7 to get the little one to school, then had to work. I'm finally done now. I hope to brew this weekend. Tonight is the Devils/Rangers game. I hope the Lamgers get the snot kicked out of 'em, especially Avery
