the grain bill sounds about right, but cherry wheat from SA taste like cough medicine so I guess you could go the extract route if you want that authentic taste.my brother is requesting a beer for his wife, she said clone cherry wheat... i'm personally not a big fan having only had like 2 ever in my life (and like 5 yrs ago or more)... anybody got some direction for this one???iirc, this is a fairly light tasting beer, so I assume prolly about a 40-50% wheat bill, some 2row, maybe some 10-20L, a touch of maybe some victory or biscuit... some not so citrusy hops, like EKG's or soemthin?? add cherry puree in secondary or primary?? or should I just use an extract for the cherry flavor??does this sound right???
