I am building two randalls to use at my wedding reception. I will be pushing quite a bit of beer, and wanted to do two beers on and off the randall using a Tee fitting so it can be poured either with the randall, or without.Right now, I am thinking of pushing Denny's Rye IPA. What hop choices would pair well with this beer?I am still undecided which other beer I want to use with the second randall, but I've read some brief accounts that the beer needs to be higher in alcohol in order to strip the aroma from the hops in the randall? Is this true?

I'd be partial to Amarillo or Centennial myself, perhaps Mt hood on the Denny's.

My buddy and I brewed Denny's IPA last year. If you brewed it with Columbus and Mt Hood why not Randall with some Columbus as well. I looked back at my brewing notes and we dry hopped with 2oz of Columbus. I think that would add nicely to the beer as well.

I'm not sure that I've had a beer through an enamel animal but if I did I think I'd like a citrusy American variety.
