Bought a 4 pack of this. 7.5% ABVPretty nice beer. Some fruitiness. A little diacetyl. Pretty smooth. I enjoyed it. Have you had it?

I bought it at Harris Teeter, so I'd imagine it's everywhere now. I'd be that Lowes Foods on Capital in WF has it. They have a nice selection.

Hmmmm. . .the sixer is possibly just the Extra Stout. The Foreign Extra Stout comes in 4 packs, with kind of a golden/bright yellow label.

It has a brighter yellow label. Someone had it as a ringer in a HB Stout comp, as good as I remember.

This has been around for a while, hasn't it (like many years)? Or is this another non-nitro stout offering from guinness?

Hmmm...interesting. I've always liked the extra stout, I'll have to try the foreign.

Didn't have them side by side, so I can't comment on specifics. It's definitely a bigger beer - higher alcohol
