Nice. The combination of the Cascade/Willamette are really good. I have used this combination a few times with great results.77% 2 Row 7.66% Wheat 7.66% Vienna 7.66% CaraMunich I 1.0 oz Target 8.6%AA 60 min .75 oz Cascade 5.4%AA 15 min .75 oz Williamette 4.8%AA 15 min .75 oz Cascade 5.4%AA 2 min .75 oz Williamette 4.8%AA 2 min Pacman wrangled from a bomber of Mocha Porter - Definately a good 2 inches of slurry on the bottom of a quart mason jar. OG 1.054 FG 1.012 IBU 40 Notes: First time I have used CaraMunich. Definately gives a different character than regular crystal but I think I like it. The amounts on the Cascades and Williamettes probably isn't exact, I took 1.5 oz of each mixed them all up and added 1.5 oz of the "Alchemy Hops" (LOL take that widmer! ) at 15 and 2 min left. This beer has a beautiful light tan head that is there until the last swallow. Nice hop aroma and taste up front, decent bitterness and a slight sweetness coming though at the end to balance it out. I'm no BJCP judge but this is how I'd describe it.
