Definately gives a different character than regular crystal but I think I like it. The amounts on the Cascades and Williamettes probably isn't exact, I took 1.5 oz of each mixed them all up and added 1.5 oz of the "Alchemy Hops" (LOL take that widmer! :) ) at 15 and 2 min left. This beer has a beautiful light tan head that is there until the last swallow. Nice hop aroma and taste up front, decent bitterness and a slight sweetness coming though at the end to balance it out. I'm no BJCP judge but this is how I'd describe it.

Nice. The combination of the Cascade/Willamette are really good. I have used this combination a few times with great results.
