Want to do a DLH clone in the next few months. What do y'all think about the recipe below?7.5 lbs pale/pilsner malt4 lbs flaked corn0.5 lb Crystal (60L)1 oz. Crystal @ 60, 30, and 15 min.irish moss and yeast nutrient @ 15 min.Lager yeastI haven't used large amounts of corn in any of my beers yet. Does that amount seem reasonable?thanks
