I am in the middle of a two tier brewstand build & have bought a HIGH PRESSURE ADJUSTABLE REGULATOR/VALVE ( https://www.agrisupp...p/64484/c2p/cs/ ) & 3 CAST IRON HIGH PRESSURE BURNER ( https://www.agrisupp...295/cn/5400000/ )I am looking to pipe these together with soft copper & ball valves for flame control , is 3/8 copper large enough to handle all 3 burners ?I have a 100 lb. propane tank outside the garage & would like to use LP GAS EXTENSION HOSE 3/8" 15' ( https://www.agrisupp...791/cn/5400001/ ) , would there be a problem with freezing from length of line vs. demand from burners ?

You will not have problems. I have a 110 lb tank on my back patio and I have 3/8 soft copper running from the tank to a manifold. I do however have separate regulators for each burner. My advice is run the copper to a manifold, then the regulator, and then use your hose to hookup the burners

I too have some questions about plumbing for gas. I'm building a 3 tier system using 3 of the cast iron burners and want to plumb the gas to each. I'm leaning towards using pipe and install a gas ball valve to each burner to regulate the gas flow. I'm concerned about leakage on the threaded portions and how to seal the threads.

Well ,, I ran soft copper from the high pressure regulator to the brewstand into threaded black iron manifold w/ 3 ball valves ( one for each burner ), then soft copper to the burner orfice & all is well .skydiverbob - I used yellow teflon tape made for gas to seal joints .
