90 min boil

Grain Bill:
4.50 lbs. 2-Row
4.50 lbs. Maris Otter
0.75 lbs. Brown Malt
0.75 lbs. Caramalt (37ºL)
1.50 lbs. Golden Naked Oats
0.75 lbs. Honey Malt
0.75 lbs. Munich (9ºL)
0.75 lbs. Wheat Malt
0.75 lbs. Chocolate Malt
8 fl. oz. Black strap molasses

Hop Schedule:
75 min
0.50 oz. Northern Brewer (9% AA)
30 min
0.50 oz. Northern Brewer (9% AA)
10 min
0.50 oz. Cascade
flameout/whirlpool
0.50 oz. Cascade

Yeast:
Wyeast 1318 London Ale III

Process:
mash: 150ºF
add black strap in last couple minutes, mix well
ferment at 68ºF, rise to 72ºF over one week
