I just opened a 750 of this and it has really come into it's own. Anyone else have any of their's left? I have 7 750s left and they will be savored.

I'm ashamed to admit I still have the entire 5 gal batch sitting in secondary in my closet. Out of sight, out of mind I guess. I really need to bottle that up, because it's going on something like 3-1/2 yrs since I brewed it. It smells w-o-n-d-e-r-f-u-l.

Man, I do recall the Flanders threads... I didn't partake. I did join in on the old ABC brew. Dayum, that was the 03' timeframe! I still have about 10 750's left of that batch. It wins every where I send it.

I still have 6 or 7 gals left kicking around. It is an amazing beer. My club meeting was on wednesday and I had no fewer than 3 people ask me if they could come over can grab some. Overall, what a rewarding experience though. I will be making some more barrel aged sour stuff in the near future, as soon as the room is made in my basement for the barrel(s).

I have a 10 gallon keg that I've been using as a solera system that started as the second generation pitch on these bugs...I think I need to pull off a little over the weekend to see how it's evolving. I may also top it off with a few partial kegs I have sitting around the house to keep the bugs alive.
