Picked up another turkey fryer today so I don't have to lug pots of water outside from the kitchen anymore. Still need to build me an actual rig, but just adding another burner for the HLT has helped tremendously.A buddy asked me to brew some beer for his Halloween party, so I'm brewing up a pumpkin ale and an oatmeal stout today.New fryer on the right:Posted ImageGhetto setup, using my grill. :huh:Posted ImagePumkin wort!Posted Image

Not yet. Just man power. That will probably be my next purchase and then I'll start building the rig.
