I've been thinking a lot lately about scaling back the OG on my recipes to make some nice, light summer brews.These are the objectives (in no order): - Hot weather drinkability - Can drink many, many, many in a day without waking up in the drunk tank - Appease hick family in laws (Coors addicts) and family from Australia (VB addicts) - Generally light in color, though this has some wiggle room - Generally low hoppiness, though hop selection is up for grabsI'll post a few recipes I've cooked up. Have any thoughts on these or ones of your own that have been received well?
