...for putting out a reasonable priced hoppy/high gravity beer. I just got a sixer of Bigfoot for $11.69. That was a refreshing experience considering the outrageous prices breweries are getting for their IIPA/BW/RIS type beers lately. The last few times I've bought those type of beers I've paid at least $12.99, and as much as $15.99, for a 4-pack. I'm sick of getting gouged for big beers. So, thank you SNBC, for selling good beer at reasonable prices and further validating that I'm getting gouged by other breweries!!!:smilielol:

NFW!!! WTF?!?!I can't even get a 6-pk of craft brew for $8 around here. I pay $9 for a freaking sixer of Sam Adams most places around here, definitely at places that have decent craft brew.

I first wrote '09 but changed it to '010. DohI have to hide it from SWMBO to save any for another year.

most regionals are about $6.99 to $8.99 around here, SA is usually $6.79 same as SNPA

It's been a while since I've seen a 6-pk of any decent beer for $7. $5? Not sure I ever remember a 6-pk of Sam Adams being $5 and I've lived with 100 miles of the brewery my entire life. Maybe 10 years ago.

We have so much sin tax here I dont even want to know. I dont think you can craft anything here for less than $7 per 6er and most are 8$ and up. I think Bell's is double digit for everything they offer. Maybe 9-something if you look around.

Pretty sure I got it for $7.99, maybe $8.49. I think that's pretty standard for Sam around here, too.

I try my best to not spend over $6/6pack for beer. Sometimes I'll go higher (and I did for bigfoot - more lie $11/6pack).

Even Anchor Steam Beer goes for a cool $10 here in NC! I was just thinking that sh-t the other day! Why the hell is a 6PACK so expensive nowadays! I bitch about taxes alot anyways....I'll save it for the PH.

Same here, but you can't really get anything but junk for that price around here. :)

Really? That sucks. Move to Colorado. :)I think I can get a six of any SA for about $5-7. SNPA is about $6-7. Certainly different stores in the area are more expensive - but these prices are my local liquor store, just about 3/4 mile away.

he doesn't even need to go that far. just needs to move up to the state just north of him.

It seems like every month the vendors come in a say oh we have to raise prices on this, this, and this....unless I have 50K a week in sales I can't afford to bring in the 50 case deals....our typical margin on a 6 pack is 16 percent...SNPA is still reasonably priced I think i have it at 7.99 - 8.49 for the 5 I carry...(SNPA, Tumbler, Torpedo, Kellerweiss, and Porter)I won't get bigfoot again until I think January.

That is the truth. I had a meeting up in NH this summer and it always amazes me how cheap it us up there. I had bought a 375ml of Eagle Rare right before we went up for 19.99 in NH the 750ml bottle was 20.99. That is crazy, crazy good!
