is there a homebrewers bucket list if so what would it be. This isn't necessarily mine but some ideas. It is hard because I like thing to be meassuable so "brew a perfect beer" doesn't fit with meaome ideasplace in a comp gold in a comp bos in a comp have your beer brewed by a pro brewery 1st rd national place in 2nd rodgold in 2nd rdnakassii (sp)brew all major catagories bjcpbrew all sub cat in bjcpbut homebrewing is also about building stuff which could be a a completely different listplease add

I've done the first 5. Working on the major categories.I'd add to the list:Had local paper do article on your brewing.Asked to teach class about brewing (college or extension school)

Never thought about it like that. I don't brew competitively but as a judge I get involved in a few comps and end up entering. I've gotten gold a number of times, BOS twice, had a brewery make my beer, easily brewed all major cat's, not sure about sub's - I'll have to look into it.I think my major goal is to always have a beer on tap that my wife likes and will drink. She's way too stressed.[looks...] ok, I haven't brewed: applewine, baltic porter, cali common, perry, french cider, fruit cider, and traditional perry. Guess I need to get some apples and pears!I'm not interested in baltic porters, but I did write a recipe for a CC that I think I would like, far and away from Anchor's. Might have to do that this summer and cross that one off. (Who knows, my wife might even like it....) I think I can take care of the applewine as well.
