I need a temp controller from my fermenting fridge. If it matters I ferment is a 24 cubic ft norlake scientific fridge. It has a spot the same size as the love controller where a digital thermometer once lived. My preference would be to have a controller that could handle heating and cooling w/o needing to switch anything. The fridge is in my garage and every once in a while it it gets cold enough that I need heat.I think I want theTS2-010 with an 10 ft pvc probe. Or is there a different model I should be getting? Or should i get the metal probe?(I am currently using a borrowered johnson analog.

A love with dual stage is the TS S2 https://www.dwyer-in...fm?Group_ID=622 this one is 70 bucks. I do not think it will matter what kind of probe you get. I am pretty sure this will let you hook one output to the fridge and one to a heating pad or light bulb. If you just want to heat or cool then the other one that you listed will work.
