I'm not going to lay out a recipe here, but I did make a beer, the idea of which I wanted to share.Take a sweet stout - English pale base, plenty of crystal, a few dark malts, go on the large side and mash in the mid-150's, then bitter at 1:1, along with a bit of American late hops. I did 1.056-14 with about 60 IBU FWH Goldings. It took a solid month of tap-time, but it is right tasty.Cheers!

Earthtone, you would really dig my Homeward Brown, lots of Kent Goldings and Ahtanums...yummiest beer under 4% ABV around! On the note of American Stouts, Rogue Shakespeare Stout is aweome and packed full of Cascades.
