I picked up a case of this at Costco a couple of weeks ago, and forgot about it until last night. I'm more of an Ale guy usually, and don't tend to get to excited by Lagers most of the time. This one however needs to get it's props. Has a great malt flavor, sort of a spicy/citrusy hop character in the background. The first sip is like "BAM" crisp. I suspect it is due to the big carbonation that it seems to have, which I think might be the only criticism I give as I think it might be a little over carbed. It definitely was a refreshing beverage last night to help with the heat wave that we are having right now. Made the heat a little more tolerable. As usual, great job Sierra Nevada.

I don't have to envision "The Perfect Summer Beer."This is it. Crisp and hoppy, yet well balanced. It's flawless. I buy a LOT of this beer every year.
