holy smokes this one is wonderful in a bottle. well...at transfers anyway. But hot damn it promises to be a fav. My tastebuds like it and that's what counts. I will update as we go. Finished at 1.012 so it's pretty well balanced and the special B comes out yumtastically.BTW, a real nice red hueeeeee. Pics to follow.

I'm plugging your recipe into BeerSmith and I'm getting an IBU of 143... Is this a 5gallon recipe?

helllssss yeah! I calculated the FWH as a 20 min addition. It's not that bitter - truly - tons and tons of hop flavour and aroma though.

Looks like a great beer Earthtone. Nice work. I like the color too. I just put an IPA on tap last night and its more reddish I love it. Are you growing hops in the background there indoors too? Nice recipe.

thanks dude! It's still pretty young but really tasty. I like it a lot. and no, no hops indoors - but I have a pair of cascades growing up the west wall of the apartment
