Good suggestion, and it comes in a brown bottle, so it shouldn't be skunked. It's probably just an unreasonable expectation to ever think that MGD would taste good.Try some Paulaner Original. It's a decent Munich Helles. All pilsner malt, not much else.

I use a 55 gallon food grade blue plastic drum. With 12 gallons in it, the width is twice the height. I put the lid on loosely so nothing falls in, but no pressure builds up. It has worked really well.well I've though about some of the polypropylene shallow tanks I've seen that are available from various chemical equipment distributors... being a chemist I have fairly easy access... just haven't priced my options yet

Craigslist. They were filled with tomato puree, but the puree was in a liner. Had a slight aroma, but some pbw and starsan took care of it.Hey thanks... you get it from US Plastics or where?
